[THE SAME in his fifth book of Opinions.] If a pupil is not defended, when the creditors have been placed in possession, support must be provided from these [assets] to the minors until they reach puberty.
§42.5.39.1Eius, qui ab hostibus captus est, bona uenire non possunt, quamdiu reuertatur.
The property of him who has been captured by enemies cannot be sold, so long as he may return.
