[IDEM libro quadragensimo tertio ad edictum. ] §38.5.4.prQuodcumque dolo malo liberti alienatum est, Fauiana actione reuocatur.
[THE SAME [Ulpian], in the forty-third book on the Edict.] Whatever has been alienated with malicious intent by a freedman is revoked by the Fabiana action.
Even if there are several patrons, all of them will have one share; but if they do not petition for their individual shares, the portion will accrue to the others.
What I have said in the case of patrons also applies in the case of the children of patrons; but they will not come at the same time, but only when patrons are lacking.
