[IDEM libro secundo sententiarum. ] §26.7.15.prSi tutor constitutus quos inuenerit debitores non conuenerit ac per hoc minus idonei efficiantur, uel intra sex primos menses pupillares pecunias non collocauerit, ipse in debitam pecuniam et in usuras eius pecuniae quam non faenerauit conuenitur.
[THE SAME in the second book of Opinions.] If an appointed tutor does not sue the debtors whom he has found, and through this they become less solvent, or if he does not invest the pupil's money within the first six months, he himself is sued for the money due and for interest on that money which he did not lend out.
