§47.10.37.1Etiam ex lege Cornelia iniuriarum actio ciuiliter moueri potest condemnatione aestimatione iudicis facienda.
An action for injuries under the Lex Cornelia can also be brought civilly, with the condemnation to be made according to the estimation of the judge.
