[IDEM libro decimo responsorum. ] §41.2.48.prPraedia cum seruis donauit eorumque se tradidisse possessionem litteris declarauit.
[THE SAME, in the tenth book of Opinions.] A person donated tracts of land together with slaves, and declared in writing that he had delivered possession of them.
If even one of the slaves, who was donated together with the land, reached the person who received the donation, and was immediately sent back to the land, it will be established that possession of the land and of the other slaves was acquired through that slave.
