When an estate is bequeathed "in its best and greatest condition", wild-boar nets and other hunting equipment will be included; this also applies to the equipment if the income of the estate consists for the most part in hunting.
§33.7.22.1Fundo legato cum mancipiis et pecoribus et omni instrumento rustico et urbano peculium actoris ante testatorem defuncti, si ex eodem fundo fuerit, magis placet ad legatarium pertinere.
When an estate is bequeathed with slaves, cattle, and all rustic and urban equipment, the peculium of a manager who died before the testator, if he belonged to the same estate, is more generally held to belong to the legatee.
