[PAULUS in the eleventh book on Sabinus.] If you have manumitted a purchased slave, Labeo says that both the redhibitory action and the action for price reduction should be denied to you, just as the action for double the price would be lost; therefore, the action for what has been stated or promised contrary to fact will also be lost.

After the death of the slave, however, the aedilician actions remain.
