1. §6.3.1μηδενὸς πράγματος — Genitive case, modifying both of the subsequent subjects, ἡ ἰδία ποιότης (the peculiar quality) and ἡ ἀξία (the value) ("neither the peculiar quality nor the value of any thing").
2. §6.3.1παρατρεχέτω — Third-person singular present active imperative of the verb παρατρέχω (to run past, escape, be overlooked). Although there are two subjects joined by μήτε... μήτε... (ποιότης and ἀξία), the verb is singular, agreeing with them individually or with the nearer one. It takes the accusative σε as its object, meaning "let it not escape you."
