[POMPONIUS libro nono ad Sabinum. ] §11.8.3.prSi propius aedes tuas quis aedificet sepulchrum, opus nouum tu nuntiare poteris, sed facto opere nullam habebis actionem nisi quod ui aut clam.
[POMPONIUS, On Sabinus, book 9] If anyone should build a tomb closer to your house, you will be able to give notice of a new work; but once the work is completed, you will have no action, unless it was done by force or secretly.
If a dead body has been brought in closer to another's building within the lawful limit, the owner of the building will not afterwards be able to prevent him from bringing another dead body there or building a monument, if from the beginning he did this with the owner's knowledge.
