An accusative with infinitive clause (with esse omitted from the future active participle habiturum) expressing the content of the stipulatio (stipulation). 2. 4.4.26.prrei

Dative object of the verb mederi (to remedy). The main clause potest mederi is used impersonally ('it is possible to remedy'), taking the dative rei (the matter, situation).

  3. 4.4.26.1satis iudicatum solui dare

A tmesis of the compound verb satisdare (to give security) into satis and dare. iudicatum solui, meaning 'that the judgment be paid/satisfied' (with the passive infinitive solui), expresses the content of the security (cautio iudicatum solui) to be provided.
